Karen Stolz

With a decade of experience in the real estate market, Karen has acquired the expertise needed to assist her clients. Her unique analytical tools and hands-on experience as a real estate investor, property owner, developer and landlord, paired with the Compass technology and services offered, laid the groundwork for a seamless transition into real estate, where those skills are now applied to helping buyers, sellers and investors achieve their goals.

As a personal note, Karen started in Weston Fl, buying, developing and selling houses, then investing in Condos across South Florida, in Miami Dade and Brickell. She currently resides with her Family in Pinecrest, and is developing a project in Coconut Grove.

Her main areas of focus include Pinecrest, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Key Biscayne and Downtown Miami.
